- Can I exchange my nights with other The Fives hotels?
Until now we have attractive discounts for owners of The Fives properties. In a near future we could count on an exchange platform.
- Do I get special discounts?
As owner and member of The Fives Club, you are entitled to get attractive and exclusive discounts on all types of services including but not limited to: tours, excursions, recreational activities, additional nights of stay, all-inclusive days, restaurant service, transportation, SPA and much more…
- How do transportations work?
Your The Fives Club membership includes a number of private transportations that must be booked in advance through your personalized eConcierge. It is essential to provide flight information at the booking process. Transportation is provided from Cancún airport to your residence or from your residence to Cancún airport. Each transportation is limited to 6 passengers.
- What is the free exchange week?
Depends on your membership you can have an extra week per year. The free exchange week is an Interval International program that consists of a certificate to enjoy a week in a wide range of resorts around the world.
- Why are the maintenance fees in pesos and the rest in dollars?
In general, the condominium budget is assessed in pesos since the expenses originate from invoices are in pesos. Hotel income is usually in dollars.
- When and how will I receive the income from my residence?
On a monthly basis you will receive an informative report on the returns of your residence. The total amount of the net profit will be communicated each year through the Executive Report at the end of the fiscal year (right after the fiscal audit). Then, our administrative staff will inform you about the process to follow in order to cash out your profit or about any question of the report.
- Why should I book so long in advance in the high season?
In order to maximize the hotels revenue, the hotel operator must know in advance the romos inventory available to sell.
- Can I rent my residence?
Yes, through the “Own Income Plus” program, which has been design to generate a very interesting additional revenue on accommodation, transportation, tours and activities, SPA etc. Independent vacation rental ads are forbidden.

- What if I have used all my owner nights and want to enjoy more?
Once your entire night balance has been used, we offer you preferential rates for owners through our Own Income Plus program. Contact your eConcierge and ask about the details of the program.
- Why, if summer is not considered high season, do I need 90 days in advance to make a reservation?
The summer season, specifically from July 10 to August 15, is not considered high season in deed. However, it is necessary to respect the 90 days booking window since summer break is quite demanded by the Mexican market.
- Can I stay in a different category residence?
Absolutely, you do not necessarily have to stay at your residence when you enjoy your owner nights. One of the advantages of being an owner of The Fives Club is that you can live a different experience in each of your stays.
- Can I book extra rooms if I need to add more Friends or relatives to my reservation?
Please contact your Econcierge. The Fives Club will confirm availability and will make the proper arrangements of the additional residence. This option is not available during peak weeks and is subject to the hotel´s availability.
- When are the high and low season considered?
The high season includes the period of December 20 at the end of Easter week. Additionally, you will also have to take this fact into account if your membership contemplates a maximum number of nights in high season.
